My TransCreation services include the following fields:

Quality Control

Each translation project follows a strict process of service control in order to eliminate any errors, and also to guarantee the maximum quality of my transcreations:

1. Pre-translation (documentation and terminology)
2. Translation
3. Proofreading & Review (terminology, editing, style and format)

For that purpose I have trustworthy Computer Assisted Translation  (CAT) tools which, added to my personal experience in the field, ensure a finished product of the most excellent quality and professionalism.

Duration of Translation

Normal delivery

The normal delivery term for a translation is of 2 to 4 days. This is the minimum, normal delivery term for texts of the following length:

– from 300 and up to 5,000 words (approximately 15 pages)

Extended delivery

The extended delivery term for a translation varies between 7 to 12 days. This is the minimum, extended delivery term for texts comprising the following extension:

– from 5,000 and up to 30,000 words (approximately 100 pages)

At any rate, I will indicate to you the exact length of time when I send you the budget.

Urgent Translations:

For urgent translations you must provide me at least with 24 hours. The exact length of time will depend on the number of pages/words to be translated and to the grade of difficulty. The charge for urgency is of 20% over the normal rate.

• Recur to urgent delivery just in case of impending necessity.

Rates

Pro-Bilingual specializes in English – Spanish & Spanish – English translations. Due to my specialization in these two languages pairs, I can guarantee the highest quality and most accurate translations at the most reasonable and competitive rates in the market.

Since my method consists in charging by word instead of pages or hourly rates, my clients only pay for what is actually translated.

Agreement of Services

This is a very easy procedure:

1. To start providing you with my services, it will suffice for you to send me an e-mail at pro.bilingual@gmail.com, or if you prefer, call or send me a text message to (504) 2202-0040 (Office) or to (504) 9834-3349 (Mobile) from 8am – 5 pm (Monday to Friday).
2. You must detail the number of pages and indicate the length of delivery.
3. I will remit an exact budget along with an Agreement of Services Sheet with no obligation on your part.
4. You then return to me the same Agreement of Services Sheet via the most convenient means, signed and sealed.
5. Attach the original file in *.doc format (MS WORD/Open Office), PDF (Portable Document Format), via e-mail (if you only have paper or CD originals, please send them via courier). After I receive it, I will immediately initiate the translation process.

Delivery
In the agreed term, I shall send you your translation in MS Word (*.doc), PDF,  or in Open Office Writer (*.odt) format via e-mail, CD or via courier (at no extra-charge).*

*Important:

For domestic requests only (Honduras); if for any reason it is more convenient for you to receive a printed copy of your translation, the following conditions will apply:

• Black & white translations and graphics with no ink fills (alphanumeric and lines only)
• Color text translations, add USD 0.50 per each page with text in color or for every 100 words
• Translations with ink-filled graphics: add USD 2.00 per graphic
• Binding with plastic spiral for documents less than 150 pages; add USD 6 (includes front page)

Invoice

Along with the translation, I will send you a pro-form invoice which must be paid by certified check, bank transference or money order within a term not greater than 7 days counted from the date when you receive your final and corrected translation. 

Credentials

My services are currently subject to the Honduran Tax Law, which means that I am legally enabled to offer them. Visit the References page in order to obtain more information of the benefits of my translation services, and also to get references from my clients.

Guarantee of satisfaction

My transcreation services are professionally rendered with the help of  native English language speakers-translators, as well as with the aid of translation tools (CAT software, dictionaries, thesaurus, glossaries), but if for any justified reason you consider that the translation is not entirely accurate, I will gladly review it one more time and make the necessary corrections at no extra-charge.
